So who all is slinging arrows on Saturday the 3rd??? I got stuck out. I had a hog hunt planned, but we couldn't get the dates set, so at home for the opener. Oh well 2 weeks after that, then maybe deer2.

Home for me. I didn't plan the birth of our son. His birthday party is always falls on opening weekend of archery season. What can I say I am an opportunist and didn't look at a calendar. hammer I will be going nearly every weekend for the rest of archery and general season though.

I will be in Oklahoma working for the first two weeks of bow season. So I will miss a lot more than opening weekend. On the bright side I will be off the next three weeks after that and no one will be hunting on the lease during bow season but me.

You can't fix stupid but you can numb it with a 2x4

I had it in my mind for months that it started this Sat. I was really bummed with the great weather right now and when I picked up my license and booklet that it is first weekend in October, but really excited I can hunt all the way up to night before rifle season with my bow. That makes opening weekend of regular season better and I might actually go that Thursday now!

I've got a cactus that will score in the high 900's that has you name all over it, at least it's bigger than the last one you shot.
