Yesterday, I took the title to my RAM to have my daughter designated as the beneficiary upon my death. This keeps it out of probate. I need to do the same with my house. Mine stuff is easy as my only heir is my daughter.

Yes did it 8 years ago, also spousal trusts.

Trusts setup, but pretty easy. My wife gets everything if I go first and if we go at same time son gets everything.

In the middle of a review of the plan that we set up in 2016.
Having to tweak things here and there.
Among other things ancillary documents need to be freshened up.

Trusts are a pain.
You're gone, just leave them the assets unless the kids are young.

Trusts are a pain.
You're gone, just leave them the assets unless the kids are young. It depends on the state. Texas probate is simple and easy unless your estate is really large. Executing a properly written will is critical.
