Bummer

A Democracy is when two wolves and a lamb vote on the dinner menu. That is why this country was specifically not designed as a Democracy. We are a Constitutional Republic.

I live in Mason, and have for 30 years. I never experienced anything like this before. Very sorry about the damage to your blind. Our pecan trees were shedding pecans and they were like small missles. We had a bit of damage to the trees, but a couple of hours with chain saw and loppers and I was able to get the place back into shape Big old trash cans were blowing down the streets; the UPS driver told me that trying to keep his big brown truck on the road was quite a challenge. More strong wind coming Friday and Saturday, but I've not heard anything about the winds being super high. Let's hope not.

Visibility down to about 1/2 mile here in northeast Grayson County earlier. If outside for very long, could feel the grit from the sand in your mouth. Wife said lots of people on Facebook (I don’t do Facebook), were loosing shingles off their houses and buildings. Glad to have a standing seam metal roof!!!
