Cedar posts finally going in - finally showing the 'character' of the upgrade...







Yes, the ugly lamp-post is being removed soon - I swear the ol guy used 3-bags concrete to 'set' it inside the (already demolished) brick planter box - and it leans!

New Front Door/side-lites still 'on order' so bringing entry forward will have to wait a bit.
Balcony/'front-deer-blind' above entry is now 'weathered-in' . . .
Remaining 'brown' windows will also all be replaced...in time...

Holidays slowed progress a bit, but moving forward - and still waiting on Front Door order for entry... .
New windows and french-door in on top & 'garage' doors swapped out too.
Most all of soffit/porches/carport ceiling in , and siding & facia boards replaced with Hardi-Board.

That’s quite the facelift!

A coworker of mine has a bunch of land right near there. Looking good.

Any Update on your progress?

I'll have some new pics up soon - masons are finishing up the brick/stonework - and the entry, with new door is almost finished!
