Folks, there's a recent Texas court case about these - the requirement for BOI filers is on hold until it gets kicked up through SCOTUS I'll get the case cite for y'all tomorrow *edit* nevermind, just saw this posted above Yes, I spoke to my CPA yesterday. There's an injunction putting the BOI reporting on hold until next year, and then hopefully forever.

So what’s the update to this? Still need to file by the 13th? Last I read deadline was postponed Probably going to the Supreme Court

I did not want to report this, but I see where the information would have been useful in getting the Biden Crime family (if they would have reported the correct information) to show the money trail.
That being said, the money trail is still there and could be found with effort.
