Pretty traditional meal tonight. Just crock pot corned beef, cabbage wedges, baby Yukon golds, and carrots. Fall apart tender! Dijon mustard and horseradish dip makes my mouth water!! wife did a roast with potatoes, carrots and onions in the crockpot. I would have preferred corned beef but she's not a fan

Yeh, I hear you. This is my one and done that she allows me. Wife absolutely gags at the smell of either cabbage or corned beef!! She has had every scented candle we have burning for last 12 hours!!!

That looks great. Kroger`s had Corned Beef on sale last week and I didn`t get any. My Bad.
