Palmetto is running these refurb for 60% off retail. Is it worth it for $1000 or better options available?

Not sure what their price is and they show out of stock but a huge thing to remember is, Pulsar refurbs only carry a 1 year warranty and new scopes carry a 5 year warranty. Also, the current model is the Talion XQ35 and it's on sale for $1,7999.
