Anyone have experience here good/bad ? Looking to move banks soon, been with PNC for 27 years but it’s time for a change.

Frost Bank bought the local bank we were with back in the early 90’s. There’s still a few of the people there we dealt with back then. That should say something for them. They are a true Texas business. We’ve been happy Frost.

A lot has to do with the branch staff you deal with. Frost is a solid institution.

I had major problems with the one in Galveston and would never do business with Frost ever again. Same thing with PNC in Tyler.

We use them for business. They are a really big, small company. I wish their business connect accounts had an app.
They have always done right by us.

I was the manager for my mother’s estate. All funds were in Frost bank accounts. They were most helpful and assisted me throughout closure of the estate. Funds in the savings account were earning more interest than the pennies earned at my BOA. Was a good experience.

Been with Frost for around 25 years and business has been with them for around 15. Haven’t ever considered even trying another bank.

Local credit union for me RBFCU. Always felt like more of a number with Wells Fargo boa security service etc. never had frost though. Do some work for frost and from that end of it they are stand up compared to many of the others.

I've been banking with them for decades. No problems whatsoever.

In fact, when I had to start taking care of my parents' finances, about 10 years ago, an attorney friend who specializes in "elder" law specifically recommended that I switch all their accounts to Frost Bank. Good call, as it turned out!
