I haven't shot his matches there but my life long friend said it's crowded. The platform is atop 3 shipping containers stacked which gives great elevation. It has a roof so there's shade in the summer. Apparently you wait below deck until your name is called then go up and shoot. When I went (non-match day), I did enjoy the range but, as you can imagine, you can only get so many on one container. Range goes to a mile.

I’ve been to one. Gets pretty crowded and nowhere to sit while waiting. For us old guys they do have benches to shoot from if you wish. Good news is that it moves pretty fast. You have a spotter that calls hits but doesn’t give any other information. If you just want to shoot to 1200 it’s worth the $35 vs. the daily fees going with a member, that’s pretty much why I went.

It is definitely a fun format to shoot. But all the problems mentioned above are real and do definitely detract from the match
|
