Acreage: 880 acres
Number of Guns: Four
Annual Cost per Hunter: $1980 per year plus electricity (about $20 per month) & one fourth of feed costs (corn & protein). Renewal of the lease is August 1st.
Species Available to Hunt: Deer, hog, turkey, dove, quail, coyote
Amenities: 5th wheel for lodging with electricity, septic, potable water, grill for cooking; 7 feeders and hunting blinds available for use
A 4-wheeler or UTV is recommended for complete access to the acreage.
Applicant must meet the approval of the three current hunters.
