I'm betting there are no cheap LO tags anymore, too much demand for them now.
PPs would be needed for Wyoming draw but chance at a random tag if you apply, pick an area with lots of licenses this year.
Quotas will not be out until April though.

Many years back I hunted the panhandle for $600. That was the tag and access on private for a DIY hunt. Can't find that anymore either.

Good luck they are fun to hunt.
