New toy has been completed by my gun maker! It came out really nice. I'll be shooting it later this week to see if it shoots as good as it looks.

The original 607's that saw limited duty in Vietnam did not have the long moderator (XM177), the butt stock had only 2 positions while my new one has 3, and of course, they were fully automatic.

I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect. Some people live an entire lifetime & wonder if they ever made a difference in the world, a veteran doesn't have that problem. Reagan

Retro ARs are definitely having a comeback. There is something be said for the weight savings of the old plastic handguards. My go-to daytime AR now is a 20" with A2 handguard, weighs the same as as my 16" free float upper.
