Lots of the lottery winners sell their tickets. You aren’t supposed to, but it happens.

I have applied in the draw for almost 20 years with no luck. My BIL was an upper level manager of an investment firm and several clients were sponsors. They went every year for the golf, dinners, and parties. Not fair!!!

Personally, I’d probably hold off buying tickets from anyone until they actually have the physical tickets in their hand. And I wouldn’t buy them if they have full pictures of the actual ticket numbers/holograms posted on stubhub or one of the other sites… I’ve heard of Augusta looking through tickets people post online, then cancelling the tickets behind the scene based off the identifying info shown online b/c they don’t want people making money off of them. It would suck to pay good money and get there only to be told you can’t get in. That being said, they say they will start mailing them out sometime here in March.
Be sure and put in for the lotto every year. My dad has been doing it forever and got drawn in 2011. I lucked out and got drawn for Monday’s practice round this year. Hope you find some!

When the son of a friend was in the Navy he worked at a joint base outside of Agusta for a couple years. They always gave a bunch of tickets to the folks at the base.
Friends son got to go several times. .
