I know we got some 300 Blackout users. What’s your favorite bullet, pet load, factory load, or etc. for deer?

125 grain Hornady SST (my favorite) or 125 grain Speer TNT have all worked well for general Texas hunting. The 110 V-max has done well for short barrels and varmints. I plan to work up a good load for the 95 grain Lehigh Controlled Chaos in my black out soon.

125 grain Hornady SST.18.2gr of 300MP gives me a legitimate half MOA in at least two of my rifles. 2115 ave, 21 es, 8 sd. This is out of a 16" barrel. I have not run it over a chrony in the 10" barrel, but it does perform well out of the shorty too.
I think that you'd be hard pressed to find a better bullet than the 125SST for the Blackout.

The Fiocchi 125 grain SST load shoots very accurately for me, and they sell it in 25 round boxes so usually a pretty good deal as far as factory ammo goes.

SST/Vmax/FTX - all minute of rabbit @ 100 from 1:10 AR15, l'ilgun or H110.. Works for hogs. Not a deer hunter so don't know about that.

Hornady Custom 300 Blackout 110gr CX. I've had the same 300 BO since 2011 and tried the SST's mentioned above and a few others. I recently learned that Hornady was selling this so I gave it a try. Excellent accuracy, super consistent, good killer. 2285 FPS.
An unethical shot is one you take, that you know you shouldn't.

I have always used Barnes TacTX 110 grain. Another one you could check out is Phantom Defense, they have some nice options in super and subs. I just ordered some but haven’t had the chance to try them out.
