I had one that started to fuzz up after many washes. They replaced it free of charge.

I wash and hang dry them. Helps save them.

So does my wife. One shirt just didn't live up to the hype of higher quality. They made good on it.

I have worn them for about 5 years now. I have several. Very comfortable and well-made shirts. They fit me how a shirt should. Buying a large and having it fit me like a balloon is very frustrating. Pancho's shirts fit perfect.
The cost is minimal if you consider how long they last and how they hold up.

I have two as gifts, both longsleeve. They're good for hot weather hunting when the skeeters are bad. Speaking of that guayabera, I wish someone would make a proper hunting four pocket guayabera.

Poncho makes high quality shirts that last a long time. I have some for dressing up and some for ranching. I'm been extremely pleased. True....they are not cheap, but it is a buy once, cry once thing for me. I'll pay a little more for something that will last longer and hold up.
