 1200 acres for lease in Bronte

I have a 1200 acre place available in Coke county just south of Bronte.  It belongs to same owners as my lease. Has not been leased in 6 or 7 yrs.  It's which and grown up.  Should hold plenty of deer. The price is $15 and acre. Land owner wants to keep it to around 6 people.  There is an old camp on the place with an old meter pole. Two old campers left and rotting will be cleaned up this year. Not sure if old camp has water or not. May have to haul water. Thwre are a few OLD setups still in place. Not usable but shows where the old timers hunted. They leased it for 20 years. More info if interested just message me and can answer more. Lease will run from June 1 to may 31. Payment will be paid by may 15. Thanks in advance.
