I do still sometimes use the one I got from Mr. Stewart at a gunshow around 1980. It can be used much louder than my foxpro. I have had to repair it a few times and converted it to use gel cells, plus most of my tapes have long since bit the dust, but it works and it still calls them in. I will probably pick up one of Gary's new callers some day, but just not in my budget right now. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2025/03/full-1680-447188-full_1680_355174_20220719_134713.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2025/03/full-1680-447189-full_1680_355178_20220719_134850.jpg)

We had the record player that used a 45rpm vinyl record. It had that same bullhorn type speaker. I made a reel to reel player with parts from Radio Shack. Those were fun times.

My favorite was a big ghetto blaster boom box that I painted camo. It was heavy though.
