Whose local teams made it to state final fours? Our local boys play Columbus in the 3A division 1 semi finals tomorrow.

The Columbus football team was loaded this year

Nocona, Paradise and Decatur girls were all there last week. Only Paradise didn't come home with the W.
Paradise boys are there this week. I miss when ALL the games were played in the drum on the UT campus. Parking was a pita however.

My Grandson plays for the Kennedale Wildcats and they play Krum tonight in the State semifinal’s
some people like silver and gold
I like brass and lead with a little powder in between

We play Goldthwaite tonight (Boys) and my daughter and her team won state last week in San Antonio. We beat the goldthwaite girls in Lorena to advance to San Antonio and play Farwell.

My daughter and the Martins Mill girls beat Nocona last year at the buzzer to win state and we beat Farwell in OT to win it this year. We are only losing 2 seniors and neither started so Martins Mill will be back for several years to come. And the boys are only losing one senior but he now holds the National Record for most 3 pointers made in a high school career. I think hes over 630 or so now. You can google him (Jak Kinder)

Our boys were eliminated by Columbus last night. Good group of kids. Hope they take them to watch Iowa Park and Columbus in the finals.
