I'm having it deposited in a dedicated account. After.... IRS IRMAA Medicare USAA Supplemental Plan Aetna Drug Plan .....over half is gone.  Ouch! I am keeping 64% after deducting the above, and I thought that was bad! IRMAA has no impact on me. (Income is under $212K) Medicare Part B, Cigna Plan G and Wellcare drug plan. I am having them withhold the max they allow for taxes, which is 22%

We got a little surprise at tax time last year when we actually had to pay in for the first time. Had to adjust withholding after that.

Withholding - a tax on your $ that, from which you could have gotten some interest payment. Kinda double taxation.
