I had read about this little carbine and was rather fascinated by its history. I finally decided to either build one or have one built for me, and after quite a bit of research, decided that having someone competent cobble it together for me was the better way to go. It ain't just a straight AR type build, and I tend to struggle with them a bit! Found a guy who agreed to put one together for me. He let me know that it would take a bit of time, since gathering all the parts will be challenging. I need one of these little fellers like I need an additional ear or nostril. Is that an original waffle mag?? The picture is a "stock" pic from the internet, so I don't know if it's a waffle mag. And I'm not sure if the one I'm having built will come with a waffle mag or a more modern one.
