It is hard to believe how that city fell apart. A whole lot of Hurricane Katrina evacuees ended up there and stayed. That didn't help Houston one little bit.

It is hard to believe how that city fell apart. A whole lot of Hurricane Katrina evacuees ended up there and stayed. That didn't help Houston one little bit. That is exactly what happened to push it over the line.There were two LARGE churches that worked hard to bring Katrina victims to Houston. Several leaders of that campaign ended up moving their families away when they saw the results of their actions.
