Building a new house, 3/3/2, 1600 sq ft.
Anyone price a new aerobic, 2 spray head, septic system lately? Concrete tanks.
I think Im getting squeezed on the deal.

My aerobic system was built into the price psf when we built in 2017. No idea what the cost.

Mine was $7k in 2015. Lived in the house 6 years with no issues. Our system is 7.5 years old. Just had it pumped the first time for 450 bucks. I`ve replaced the diaphragms in the aerator pump 2 times myself. It's easy to do. about a hundred bucks each time. Only other expense is the yearly cost for inspection every 4 months. I think it is 150 per year. Our county requires it.

Got a bid last year for $9,200.
About to build a new house so I will find out what the current rates are soon.
Nothing is cheap anymore, I’ll tell you that. What it was 5 years ago is nothing like today.

A traditional gravity system is best, but the Government will decide if that’s an option.

I got a turnkey quote for $9,725 yesterday. Multi section concrete tank and 2 sprinklers. Includes drawing, permits, etc. Located in Riverside, TX and we fall into the TRA zone.

My pricing is outdated, but we had to replace our ancient conventional system with an Aerobic about 4 years ago. Being lakefront, we were forced to go with the underground drip system with 1750 lineal feet of buried tubing. Three segment tank, effluent pump, aerator pump and drip system was $12,500 . Keep in mind that this included over 2,000 feet of 18" deep trenching and demolition of the old conventional concrete tanks.
