2 Corinthians 5:17

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”

Lord, I pray that you will guide me in all my words and actions and turn my heart to deeply desire you above all else. Please open doors that need to be opened and close the ones that I should not walk through. Help me to pursue you first, above every dream and desire you’ve put within my heart. Please give me your wisdom, and let me be strong and courageous. Give me ability beyond what I feel able, and let your gifts flow freely through me so that you would be honored by my life and I can be an example to others. Please keep me on solid ground, and help me to be consistent and faithful, and let me not be too easily distracted by other things that would seek to call me away from a close walk with you. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
