We have one spot available on our South Texas lease in Duval County. Place is between Freer and San Diego, off Hwy 44. Our pasture is 600 acres low fence. Lease is year around and family friendly. Lease includes nice camp, 30 amp RV hookup, water and outhouse. Lease includes all legal game. We have a total of 4 spots on the lease. You will need a blind, feeder and camper. Power cost is split evenly amongst all members. The lease is $5,000 per gun. You provide your own feed.

This past season was our second season on the property, it was never previously leased or hunted other than some family. There's a pond and 2 dry creeks on the property. The property has very thick brush. We harvested 2 decent bucks the first season, last season only harvested a couple of cull bucks. We do have a lot of nice young bucks that we passed. We are trying to manage this property since it was never really hunted. We are looking for someone that is willing to manage deer and let the good young bucks grow. They must be someone that fits into our group. We take our hunting passion seriously and do not want any drama.

Sounds like a nice place. Just curious, how long is your current lease term?

We sign a one year lease. They’ve offered us a longer term but we want to get a good group together before signing up for that. I’ve also leased with this guy for years on a previous lease.
