There's a Throckmorton lease on there too. 480 acres. $29 per acre. That would be 4 guns at $3,480. Not cheap but it won't last long.

Close to Louisiana border? Deep east Texas Yessir. Jasper and Newton are the large counties are due north of Orange Tx. Extending to the south end of Rayburn and Toledo bend. Jasper co borders Newton co which borders Louisiana. My neighbor hunts Newton county and has pics of impressive bucks. Piney woods, timber lands. Lots of hogs.
