I've always had great customer service from Chad. Now, it's non-existent. This started back at the end of Nov when I called Chad and asked if he could reload his 178 gr ELD-X 300 WSM cases if I sent them to him. Sure he said I'll turn them around quickly. He received the cases Dec 4th. Nothing for two weeks. I called and left a few messages as well as emails. Nothing! I got tied up for Christmas and called and left messages and emails again after the holidays. Finally the second week of jan I called and he answered. He apologized said he was off the last two weeks for Christmas. He would get right on them. Nothing for two weeks. I started leaving voicemails and emails nothing.
I had a hunt coming up and so I ordered new 300 WSM ammo from his website which was instock. I left a note that his customer service was awful. He sent me an email and apologized, said he finally found my empties, would load them up and ship them out with the new ammo immediately. He also assured me he would call the next day. That was nearly three weeks ago. His website says they still have three boxes in stock. No response to my emails or voicemails. I've paid for ammo that hasn't shipped and can't get any responses from him.
Sorry folks, this is piss poor customer service in anyone's book. I just want the ammo I paid for. I'm not sure what's going on. I see he's active here on the forum.
Not sure what I should do since he flat won't respond to emails or voicemails.

That sucks. I know it doesn’t help with resolving the situation but JG on here can load you up what you need. I can vouch for his work.

I've been shooting the same ammo for about 10 years now and never have trouble getting it. When I get low I buy it off the shelf from just about any retailer or order it from multiple sources. It's Hornady Superformance and Hornady Precision Hunter ELDX.
I put 3-4k into a hunting rifle that depends on a consistent load from a dependable supply. I don't want that dependent upon a one man show that could end at any time without notice.
An unethical shot is one you take, that you know you shouldn't.
