Been seeing this phrase used often in recent advertising.
Wtf is a handcrafted cocktail? Arnt all mixed drinks made “by hand”?
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Some are poured from mixers, so no not really.
My wife makes me a non alcholic and almost sugar free Mojito on the weekends.
She uses a muddle and crushes the mint and lime and then adds ice and Diet Sprite, I would call that hand crafted.

It’s called puffing in sales.

We went to some so-called craft bar in Fredericksburg my wife ordered me a gin and tonic and the f** bartender asked me how it was, it pissed him off when I told him it was no Tanqueray. It cost $17 and was mediocre at best.

Just order an ice tea, save making the cocktails when you're at home. Restaurant and bar cocktails are a rip off unless someone else is paying!

Iced tea is five bucks now. More and more it’s water for me.
