Had reservations at the Capitol Grille in Dallas with my BIL, today is their 50th Anniversary.
Drove into Dallas and the Grille was closed because of a gas leak.
Wife and me ate at taco Casa. Pretty dang good.

Wow that looks fantastic  Bet that put a big smile on the wife's face  Thursday picked up some filets and crab cakes for V dinner, bought flowers for my wife, daughter and daughter in law and took them to their respective offices. My wife is the official chef of the house and did not feel like cooking, so she picked up dinner from Roman Cucina, I ended up with Chicken Parmigiana, wife Chicken Alfredo. Will have to suffer with the steak and crab cakes tonight.

Thanks fellas was a good night somehow ended up at the casino where I didn’t even play any games just drank beer, mother in law was driving. She loved the food as always The reduction is a balsamic vinegar reduction it paired great with the meat. The meat was also marinated in a balsamic vinegar with salt pepper minced garlic etc.
