Camo fire has a bunch of Mystery ranch pack on deep discount today.
If you are looking for a day pack that can also comfortably pack meat the Mystery ranch 40 pop is a great pack
Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, b/c they know not victory nor defeat"- #26 TR

My primary western pack is a Mystery Ranch pop up 40.. I hauled it all over Idaho this past October chasing elk and muleys.. Im definitely a big fan.. its far and away the most comfortable mid sized pack Ive owned.. its also well designed and compartmentalized to the right degree (IMO) for hunting..

I have a Pop Up 38 that is no longer available but the pop up series is solid.
