I'm interested in the nontypical axis in your last picture. How much for just that axis? Your package price is a very good deal, but personally I dont need that many animals. So if your interested in offering just the nontypical, please send me the details. Thanks and great looking animals.

We get a lot of comments on the quantity of animals. We also offer a Family Package (any 2 first order relatives) and a Buddy Package (any 2 people) who can split the game however they want. Both will get their own blind each day.
We have high fence and low fence. The nontypical is in the low fence. He has been seen on camera at several feeders last spring and this past fall but not by a hunter. We do not offer single animal packages but you are more than welcome to hunt just him or a trophy. We do not charge extra for trophies. If you see a monster it is included in the package.
Let me know if you have any questions or need more info.
Thanks.

So I assume, the $5,100 is due, no matter if deer are seen/killed ?

We take half down as a deposit to hold your spot and the remainder is due a few weeks before the hunt. But yes, the full amount is due in order to hunt. We do not have pricing per animal, it is for the full package. You will see game but we can not control your shot selection or shooting ability.
Let me know if you have any questions or need more info.
Thanks.

The Buddy Package is for any two (2) hunters that want to split the package. Y'all can divide the game up however y'all want and you would each get your own blind. The price for the Buddy Package is $5,900.

Let me know if you have any questions or need anything else.

Thanks.

Doug:

The ranch is over 3,400 acres. We have nearly 40 blinds over feeders and/or water for the hunters to hunt from.

Let me know if you have any questions or need more info.

Thanks.

If you are looking for a Buddy to split the package with we can pair you with one. This would be for half of the Buddy Package price and half of the game in the package. In other words, a single hunter for $2,950 would have a chance at the following:

One (1) axis buck (any size)
Two (2) axis doe
One (1) turkey
All the hogs or other varmint you want to shoot

Let me know if you have any questions or need more info.

Thanks.

Can you bowhunt there? We won’t be able to make it this spring but if you have some next spring or winter , I’d be quite interested. Thanks

HunterGuy:

We are not set up for bowhunting. Most of our feeders are 100 yards from the blinds. Also, we are not bowhunters so we lack the preparation knowledge. I would say you are welcome to try but I would hate for you to show up and find out that it would not work out for you.

We do offer two (2) fall hunts. One in November and one in December. These packages include white tail.

Let me know if you have any questions or need more info.

Thanks.

Mark

The Nov and Dec packages, are those white tail only or white tail and axis?

Flskunkape:

The November and December Hunts are white tail and axis. We are limited to the number of white tail bucks we can harvest each year so we sell the December hunt mainly as an axis hunt with white tail doe. If there are any white tail buck tags leftover from the November hunt, we make them available to the hunters on the December hunt.

The November Hunt package includes a chance at the following:

Two (2) WT bucks (any size)
Two (2) WT doe
Two (2) axis (any size, either sex)
Two (2) turkey
All the hogs or other varmint you want to shoot

The December Hunt package includes a chance at the following:

Two (2) axis bucks (any size)
Four (4) axis doe
Two (2) WT doe
Two (2) turkey
All the hogs or other varmint you want to shoot
*Any WT buck tags leftover from the Nov. hunt will be divided amongst the Dec. Hunt hunters at no extra charge.

Let me know if you have any questions or need more info.

Thanks.

Flskunkape:

They are not. You would have to use your own tags.

Let me know if you have any questions or need more info.

Thanks.
