I have finished burning brush and ended up with a lot of dirt from dozer work. I spread a lot of it out but pushed some of it into the last pile that was already full of dirt. I decided to put a pad on top for coyote hunting, seeing storms and watching the night sky. The area is flat except for my hill that I made. I will clean up the remaining brush and burn it so it’s not perfect…yet.

Last year I took some of my brush pile dirt and put in my yard where needed. Added some seed and it did well.

I think you need to build a flood able wetland, where you can plant corn or peanuts

Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, b/c they know not victory nor defeat"- #26 TR

I especially already have one of those with my proximity to the lake. I wouldn’t call it floodable though. It floods whenever it wants to.
