Lost my lease of 18 years, have no way to move or store this so for sale to the right person (one with cash and a trailer to pick it up). It is located North of Graham off Highway 16. This is an all weather, all metal, Atascosa Wildlife Systems Bushlan Outfitter 5x5 blind on a 4 foot base with ladder. My sons who are 6' and 6'2" have no problem standing up inside the blind. These blinds sell for $2700 plus tax new (I bought it at J&N Feed in Graham). Below is a link to specifications on this amazing blind. I've been very happy with it. I bought it after my last wood blind fellover/rotted and decided I never wanted to go thru that again. This blind is in Bushlan Cammo, it is all metal - framing, sides, floor, roof, tower, everything - no wood or fiberglass to rot. It has Aluminum framed real glass windows, it is Wasp, Water & Owl Proof, it features a full walk-thru door with keyed lock, everything is carpeted - floors, walls, ceiling. Lets start at $1500. Atascosa 5x5x4 All Metal blind

I have tons of photos so please look at all the posts for the photos. This is an EXCELLENT blind in EXCELLENT condition. Being as It's in red dirt North West Texas it does come with some free red dirt, no charge. Everything is in excellent working condition - door, locks, windows, window seals, window locks, etc. The Outfitter blinds are not insulated, but the fully carpeted interior is nice and eliminates noise. I bought this blind to be the last one I ever bought - and it would have been if not for my landowner selling the land. Again, a buyer will need to meet me to pick it up - either in Jacksboro at an Allsups or we could meet up where Highway 16 intersects with Highway 114. I can meet on a weekend. Oh and I'll throw in that luxurious reclining office chair that will put you to sleep and make you miss your buck (been there done that).

I'll be listing up other lease hunting equipment tonight - feeders, cameras, etc. Fun, Fun. - Oh and if anyone reading this happens to have a small family lease available within a couple of hours of the metromess - let me know (I know, snowballs chance in hell).
