Bit of a mystery here. Found this folder in a box of my great aunts sewing tools with some professional Clauss scissors.(she was a seamstress) Never knew they made pocket knives as well. My Google-foo has turned up nothing on a Clauss Model 40. Feels very well made. Possibly produced by Case in the 50’s or 60’s? Neat find IMO, but wish I could find more background. Thoughts?

Turns out it was made for Clauss by Queen's cutlery (famous for their Barlow knives). Posted up on the pocket knife collector forum. IF someone needed it for a collection I might part with it. Otherwise it'll just be a cool old knife in my pocket knife drawer. up
