With Hellmann's & black pepper, lots of cracked black pepper This ^^^ I had a bunch of this years buck ground into meatloaf mix. Heck of a good idea on my part.

We do a great meat loaf from my deer meat. It's a brown meat loaf and a great dinner. For a meat loaf sandwich it's gotta be a red meat loaf with a good marinara, left over from the night before. Sourdough bread, Dukes Mayo. I take the meat loaf sandwich serious.

Crispy fried leftover meatloaf on toasted sourdough with a hit of spicy mustard, hard to beat. Bonus points for jalapeños or a good marinara.

Never fried it before that sounds like a great idea. The mustard to me just seems out of place I may still have to try it but don’t think the two go together for my taste, meatloaf was made for Mayo.

Geez! I was loving my plain old, though excellent, meatloaf sandwich, and now I find that there’s a master class in meatloaf and meatloaf sandwiches. That may very well work, but I've never done that. I just mix it all together like normal making sure it's juicy (I prefer BBQ sauce), throw it in the fridge for about 30 minutes and let it firm up, throw it on smoker until 160* internal.
