Lease #1- 480 acres 15 min north of town. Ranch has 20 acres planted in wheat. There are two very nice 5x6 deer blinds on the ranch, you just need feeders. No camping on the ranch. (Rv park in town or motel)
This is a seasonal lease with year round access to maintain your feeders. Looking for 2 hunters @ 3500.00 each.
Lease#2- 4900 acres just 6 miles south of river. Ranch is under strict management for 10 years and there is a feeding program in place. Ranch has produced deer in the 170s. There's campsite for Rv's with utilities. Utilities are paid for by each member. Ranch has a nice cleaning station and walk in cooler. There is a great core group of hunters who are looking for 3 like minded people to join. Ranch hunts max of 9. @ 4750.00 each plus feed.
