I have a spot open on my lease in Val Verde County (North of Comstock). We have been on this lease for 10 seasons.
Roughly 3,500 +/- acres of rough limestone country. We have caves, rocks, cactus and rocks lol. Seriously we have 9 total spots with one opening. The majority of our group except for a few have hunted together many years.
This is a 2 buck (1 trophy& 1 non trophy or 2 non trophies), 2 doe, gobblers only, varmints, dove, quail, 1 aoudad ram (no ewes). Guests and family hunt off of your allotment. We have a camp with water and electricity. You will need your own trailer/ shed or tent. You will need your own blind and feeder. We are a family friendly lease where most members have kids. THIS IS NOT A PARTY LEASE.
I am looking for a person that will fit with our group. I will be showing the property this weekend. The spot is $3,500 plus electric and feed.
