Finding a lease for 2 will probably not be worth the dollars, and most likely not very good. Much better off booking with some really good outfitters when you want to hunt - most are pretty honest and will not book if they have no ducks

That is the case finding a lease on the internet. Getting out and knocking on doors, networking…you would have much better luck….ideally you find a land owner willing to lease his water hole to you, ideally some guy that is not money hungry and reads the internet. And a guy that would rather lease to a father/son than an outfitter.

Finding a place to hunt ducks in this matter works as well. Do your work, find proper type of habitat- basically, find a place that’s not on market “as a duck lease”

Before On X, I used to use maps and figure out what land owners I knew and offered them some duck breasts, sausage, etc. Worked very well and found some great spots.

Unfortunately, many of these areas today are now developed. Good Idea, Guy
