After waiting 7 months for the dock builder they finally got it built. Back in May during the “Big Blow” my old dock went to Davy Jones Locker. Today the crews finished building my new dock. At the suggestion of a friend, I added a trap door hole to fish through. what is the point of the hole in the center?? Great for catching crappie. In the summer, they will get into the shade under the dock and usually go to the middle. The trap door lets you drop a bait right into the middle of them.

Looks awesome. Is that a composite decking ? if so , which one did you use ?
Looks nice. Mine is going on 26 years , will probably have to replace some decking this spring. I will probably just go with treated lumber again,
