Barbecue Tour day #3 our only stop.
Kelly’ Hill County BBQ.

Chopped BBQ sandwich - this sandwich was piled high with chopped brisket and it was a fabulous sandwich. Two thumbs up
Pork Belly - This was outstanding!! Not many places serve pork belly, I’m glad this place did, they were amazing. Probably my favorite of all the BBQ I have consumed on our trip.
BBQ Sauce - hands down the best we have had so far. It’s so good that I purchased some to take home with us.

This was the second "food truck" that we had BBQ and I have to say that I was impressed with both locations.

3 days of nothing but barbeque and we are ready to head home.

GPS, so how does a place like 407 or Hutchins stack up to these, in your opinion?

Random BBQ related thought that I was just thinking of the other day

Does anyone remember the Walt Garrison BBQ sauce?

Haven't saw it in years but thought it was legit, super thin sauce which is what I like

407 is our go to BBQ. We have been going to 407 well before they moved and built there restaurant. 407 is a solid place, even compared to all the places we visited, Hutchins is where I have had the best pork ribs in my life. That said, the ribs at Blacks BBQ gave the ribs at Hutchins a solid run for the money.

You can't even go to Hutchins in Frisco anymore around lunchtime, There is a line 50 deep waiting almost daily.

I used to eat there every few months, It was Randy's White BBQ back when I moved here

I was a great time. Ate great BBQ and saw different parts of Texas. One part that I really enjoyed but didn't really talk about was some of the buildings these BBQ restaurant are located in. Some old buildings and history.
