Milk makes you grow tall as well. That is why US has so many tall people due to large amount of dairy consumptions.
I was flying on China Air couple years ago and noticed how many of them ordered milk as thier drink on the plane and how most are very tall like Americans.
Go to most any other Asian country and men are very short.

Most of my milk consumption is in coffee. I only buy whole milk. Putting 2% in coffee is like adding water.

I drank a lot of whole milk up until a few years ago. Gave it up, along with a lot of other things, to try and slow down this growing belly!

I drink more milk now than I did for years and it is good whole milk pasteurized only no other processing other than bottling.
A lifelong friend that was a dairy farmer until the government pretty much ran him out since he was only milking about 120 cows so didn't fit their model. Now he has aa small private label dairy just producing whole, chocolate and butter milk.
Added advantage, the wife has been "lactose intolerant" for a long time but this whole milk has plenty of lactose. The problem for many that are "lactose intolerant" is homogenized milk. The more we process foods the less healthy it is for us.

Go to most any other Asian country and men are very short. You can definitely tell the difference in kids that have milk allergies or just don’t drink milk compared to the kids that do. My son was allergic to milk and beef for the first 5 years of his life and compare him to his buddies in 1st grade and he is noticeably shorter. Although he didn’t get blessed with a Sasquatch gene from me or his mom. I’m 5’ 9” and she is 5’ even, he was always going to be a little guy to begin with. We just got him tested again in October and he isn’t allergic anymore so he has been killing the milk and beef trying to make up for lost time. He has already grown close to an inch in 3 months. So maybe he’ll hit a good growth spurt.

The “drink milk” campaign was a successful promotion by the dairy industry on the American people.
It can have some benefits in regions that are nutritionally challenged but it not healthy to consume quantities of milk on a consistent basis. It’s one of the causes of obesity in America.
Tall people existed long before regular milk production was implemented. Look at the Swedes and Norwegian populations. Even the plains Indians were tall, they were generally around 5’9 to over 6’ tall. Native African populations can be tall as well.
We have an overall more nutrient and calorie dense diet here in America. It’s not strictly due to milk.
Modern man is the only creature in history to regularly consume milk after they have been weaned. It’s not a natural part of the diet
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

I drink a ton of milk, probably close to half a gallon a day. I love cow's milk, but just too many carbs for me, makes me fat. I drink almonds milk, no sugar, no carbs. I hate the sweet almonds milk. That article makes it sounds like Almonds milk is processed food, it is not. You can make it yourself. They just squeeze the juice out of almonds, they should call it almond juice.

I agree. I've got 40 and 50 year old friends that drink milk several times a day. I drink water. It think it's just their East Texas habits.
