Going to have a slab poured for a new shop and have been looking at sealers to put on the floor before the shop is built on the slab. I do not want epoxy or anything slick, just a good sealer to put down. I have found one called Foundation Armor SX5000 and it is not slick and has a life of 5-7 years. Is anyone familiar with this brand or have any recommendations?

I would look for a Polyurea based product. Our floor is not slick at all.

Look for a company that polishes concrete floors. They have some great sealers available.
