My Father in Law left me these knives when he passed away a good while back. Anyone have an idea if there is any value in these? Thanks ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2025/01/full-47343-442855-img_7319.jpg)

Ended up with a bunch from my FIL as well. At first glance nothing in the pic has any collector value. I’d just sharpen them and use them and remember him when you do.

Lots of sentimental value there.

Pretty sure I have 5 out of the 7 of those that I got from my grandpa. Lots of stories to be told I’m sure. Cool stuff.
You should have been here yesterday!

I'd say that "tools" passed on from one person to another, overall, are only of real value to the recipient due to memories.
As for $ value, I wouldn't think they are worth any more than a used knife at a flea market, but someone else will know more.

I still have my grandfathers pocket knife. All I ever saw it used for was to cut off a piece of chewing tobacco.

Nice collection I have a U.S. knife very similar to yours. Depending on the age and condition they sell between 30-150 dollars.
