OTC elk tags available in arizona. These tags are over the counter and no draw is needed. These hunts take place in north eastern az. Those dates for the mature bull hunts, are they still in velvet at that time? In July? Also are the couple of pictures of the 5x5s the ones being targeted on the any elk hunts?
