I'm hard pressed to think of one that's been better than Little Book Chapter 8.

Too hard to pick just one, these were all from one night at the speakeasy behind the bar at the Marriott in downtown Louisville. The Poindexter pre prohibition was like bourbon syrup in the best way possible.

i got to open a hiram walker from 1981several years ago. still had the tax seal on it. man it was tasty

Call me crazy but it wasn’t anything to write home about.

The only reason I had the Van Winkle is because my buddy used to hunt bourbon hard, he then saved that bottle for his wedding.

I’m with you. I’ve had the chance to try them all. Only one I’d get excited about is the 15 year. Rest of them are average at best.

Favorite I’ve tried is Milam and Greene Single Barrel. It’s not expensive. Just my favorite.

Definitely not a Bourbon snob. Y’all will probably tell me it is cheap rot gut whiskey but I like Old Forrester 100 proof.
