Youngest son (18) and I have not gotten out for anything that does not fly this year. Want my son to shoot a deer/exotic for the freezer and just to spend time with him before he goes off to college. Trophy not required. Had to sell our own ranch where he grew up hunting (he has made a 700 yd shot and trained well) due to a pending divorce of mine. We are in Houston. Lodging campfire would be ideal. 1 or 2 day hunt. Any availability this weekend? Thanks in advance for your response.
