Am I understanding that correctly, that I would have to obtain 5 different authorizations to hunt hogs in Oklahoma?? If so, that is the pinnacle of stupidity.

I take it those are for public lands hunting. Private lands hunting (IIRC correctly from hunting with my buddy up there) requires or required notification/approval (not sure which) from a game warden for night hunting, complete with registering the property (which I think takes landowner signing off on the form) that you will be hunting so as to let them not think you are poaching. Well...I've lost nothing north of the Red and I'm not likely to anytime soon. Central Texas works for everything I care to do!
