Just got back from 7 days Idaho hunting Mt Lion and Wolves. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful with either, my buddy got a nice sized male lion. Conditions werent great for lion tracks as the fresh snow was spotty and the tracks we did cut where all female or young lions. Saw a handful of wolf tracks too, it was my first time ever seeing a wolf track in person and it was unreal on how big they are. I'll go back in either late Feb or early March to try again. He shot it with his granddads Winchester Model 94 in .30-30 Outfitter will let me come back again as long as I bring another paying client. Going to go back in December for attempt number 3.
