If I wanted a chewy piece of meat I’d get jerky, and as for the fillet, they never give you enough of it to justify the price of the rest of the crap attached to it.

Ocean Prime. I’m not a waygu fan boy, can’t stand waygu/kobe steaks unless it’s a strip, and even at that it will never be my first choice. You’d do slightly better if it were a porterhouse, but I’d still defer to a ribeye or fillet

There really only 3 cuts, strip, tenderloin, and ribeye. I like all 3. Ribeye has more fat than I prefer, that is my favorite on open flame cook. Cast iron cooking I prefer tenderloin and strip. And I always get prime.

I would take fried quail over steaks anytime.
