Kids gave me some fancy chef knives for Christmas, they are a pleasure to use, like cutting food with a big razor blade. Made chicken fried backstrap from a big buck, mashed skin on red potatoes, gravy from the leavings, and some green beans. a beautiful family meal to celebrate my Grandson's 5th bday this week!

That looks great! Glad to see you didn't boil the green beans to death. And yeah, once I started picking up high quality knives my cooking game kicked up noticeably! FMy advice is to find a professional sharpener to either send them off to or locally, or take a knife course. Congrats and happy cooking!
