Looking for a family type annual lease that allows me to take my wife and grandkids hunting. Would love to have whitetail, turkey, and hogs available if possible. I am not a “shoot anything” type and I am not a “measure that” type hunter. I would like for my membership to be able to take up to 3 or 4 deer per year with one of those being a nice 8, 9, or 10 point if he presents himself (I have heard of leases where any buck shot has to be pre-approved or there are hefty fines). Would also prefer to be on a lease where everybody is not jammed in on top of each other (looking at maybe 500 to 1,000 acres minimum). I’m not rich and I’m not the best in the world, so the sky is not the limit, hoping to keep it affordable and long term.

Thanks. It’s been some years since I’ve been on a lease, they seem to be much harder to find these days.
